We choose our colleagues carefully. Considering the seniority of our team, we do not have standard 9 to 5 working
hours and need not sit in an office if it isn’t necessary. We therefore demand from every new team member a great
deal of responsibility, a client-centered approach, an ability to understand the client’s field of business and
the desire to come up with new and original ways to communicate the brand.
